Numah Solutions was founded by Anna Fleming. Before establishing Numah, Anna held multiple leadership positions in various tech companies, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. In these roles, Anna excelled at building and leading teams in Customer Success, Support, and Implementation Services.

During the early stages of her career, Anna worked as a programmer in the data and analytics field, igniting her desire to base strategies on solid data and analytics insights. Her background also includes valuable strategic knowledge gained during her time as a management consultant at a Big 4 consulting firm.

When she's not working,  Anna indulges in her passions for family, painting, writing, and traveling. She resides in Washington, DC, with her husband and two daughters.
