About the Founder

I'm Anna Fleming, founder of Numah Solutions. 

I've spent years inside companies from fast-scaling startups to the Fortune 100, watching smart teams drown in the chaos that comes with growth. Most consultants hand you a playbook and leave. I build the operating system with your team so they own it after I'm gone, and I coach the people running it to lead, delegate, and stop firefighting.

But the operations work is the vehicle, not the point. The real work is helping people work better together and reclaim their time for what matters most. That's the same reason I built Numah: to do work I love and still show up for my own life. I coach founders and leaders to build the systems that run without them, grow into the leader the next stage needs, and design a business and a life that actually reflects what they want.

Numah means human. That's not an accident.
